This is a barely-used Rode Podcaster USB Microphone. If you're looking for this item, you probably already know its specs. It has a headphone jack for monitoring, w/ adjustable volume. FYI, it is an awesome microphone; the sound quality is unbelievable to my untrained ears, and the ability to instantly monitor is amazing (again, for a non-audio pro such as myself). I love this microphone, but the project I used it for is done with, and I need to sell some items to purchase a new lens. This microphone comes with a drum microphone stand I bought at Sam Ash that works pretty well as a stand for the Podcaster (it is not totally ideal; if you're not careful, you can knock over the mic, but as you can see from the pics, if you don't shove it, it works perfectly fine as a stand). Shipping is a bit pricey b/c the base of the stand is heavy. If you'd like to purchase it without the stand, I'll knock $7 off shipping. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
